Yes. The Senior Home Safety Specialist® (SHSS) certification is the prerequisite credential for the Aging in Place Home Safety Advisor™ program. The Advisor Gold Bundle and Advisor Platinum Bundle include the SHSS certification. If you’ve already completed SHSS independently, the Advisor Only bundle ($995) is for you — it’s just the AIP Advisor program plus a free first year of Gold Membership.
No. Age Safe® America is a training and certification organization. We provide professional training, recognized credentials, business tools, and an optional listing in the Age Safe® Directory. We do not provide leads, customer routing, or guaranteed business referrals. Each certified professional builds their own client base independently.

SHSS certification is self-paced and can be completed in hours to days. The full Advisor business training is structured to be worked through in 60-90 days while applying material with real clients. Member benefits run for one full year. Many participants begin working with clients during their training.
