The Home Safety Fundamentals™ course empowers your team members, technicians and customer service representatives to better help educate clients, older adults and their family members on the serious issues of home safety, fall prevention, fire safety and personal safety. This course offers the only certificate of its kind to individuals serving the senior and home services industries. This 2-hour certificate course consists of a 10-module self-study educational program with a quiz at the end. The two main goals are to encourage ongoing continuing education and to ensure participants obtain a basic level of knowledge around home safety and aging in place home modifications.
